County of Washburn Housing Authority

The County of Washburn Housing Authority has various sites throughout Washburn County with affordable housing for elderly and disabled individuals. Properties are located in Spooner, Shell Lake, and Birchwood. We also manage Multi-family Section 8 housing in Minong and affordable HOME Program units in Minong, Spooner and Birchwood.
