	We have many openings at 2 of our Public Housing Units in Glidden (Tyler courts) and Butternut (Brookside). 1 Bedroom Units open to anyone who is eligible, not just elderly or disabled. Rent is based on 30% of your income or a maximum of $373 and a security deposit of $300. Apartments include: stove, frig, air conditioner, heat water, sewer and garbage. Community room and laundry facility located in each building.
	We also have opening s in Glidden (Glidden Apartments). 1 and 2 Bedroom Apartments. Rent is $584/2 Bedroom and $483/1 Bedroom. Security Deposit required (1 month Rent). Apartments include: heat, water, sewer, garbage and laundry facility located on site.
